ALUR PENGAJUAN PERMOHONAN AKADEMIK

  1. Mahasiswa mendownload form surat permohonan di kolom download di website PSDKU
  2. Mahasiswa mengisi form surat permohonan sesuai data diri
  3. Form surat kemudian dikirim ke email psdku@live.undip.ac.id dalam bentuk pdf (untuk surat yang menggunakan materai dan bernomor surat harap berkas asli tetap dikirim ke PSDKU)
  4. Surat akan diproses paling lama 7 hari kerja
  5. Apabila surat sudah selesai ditandatangani oleh pimpinan PSDKU akan kami kirimkan ke email dan/atau kampus daerah yang bersangkutan
