One of the duties of lecturers in the tri dharma of education is to provide community service. In 2022, LPPM Undip funded 9 community service proposals from 10 home base lecturers at PSDKU Batang. In accordance with the orders of the Chancellor of Diponegoro University, PPM activities at PSDKU Undip Batang are focused on partners around the campus first, namely Bandar District, Tumbrep Village and surrounding areas. Implementation of activities varies from May to October 2022.
Various innovations were outlined and implemented in community service by Undip PSDKU Batang homebase lecturers. After the program is deemed successful, the Undip Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) carries out monitoring and evaluation to ensure quality assurance of activities. Ropinov Saputro, a D3 Tax Administration lecturer at PSDKU Batang invited 5 other lecturers implementing the service to create a more creative LPPM monitoring and evaluation event, namely in the form of an Exhibition and Expo as well as the Launching of Featured Products in Tumbrep Village which will be held on Thursday 24 November 2022 at the Batang Undip Campus in Tumbrep Village, District. Bookie. Apart from the P3M exhibition, this event also held a table tennis competition which was participated in by both study programs at Undip PSDKU Batang.
At the 2022 Undip LPPM Exhibition and Expo, the Batang Regency Regional Government officials were present as invited guests, such as the Regional Secretary, Ari Yudianto, S.H., along with staff, the Head of Bandar District, the Head of Tumbrep Village and the community. As a monitoring and evaluation media, of course this event was also attended by the Chair of the LPPM, Prof. Dr. Jamari, S.T., M.T. along with ranks. This event received appreciation from the Chair of LPPM Undip because it was a new innovation in monitoring and evaluation events. "But this time it's different, all the partner lecturers are brought together in an exhibition, I think this is a good idea from the Undip PSDKU Batang lecturer team," said Prof. Jamari.
Ropinov Saputro, S.E., M.M., the initiator and chief organizer of the LPPM Undip Exhibition and Expo, stated that Undip must be able to socialize its activities to the community.
