Pati Regency (01/08/2023) – Real Work Study (KKN) students from Diponegoro University (Undip) have implemented the Socialization program on the Urgency of Duties and Functions of Village Officials based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 6 of 2016 to prevent overlapping positions in the Pakis Village Government, Tayu District, Pati Regency.
This program was implemented at the Pakis Village Hall on Tuesday, August 1 2023, with the aim of increasing the understanding of all Pakis Village Officials regarding the duties and functions of village officials in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation. Undip KKN students shared knowledge about the importance of Village Officials knowing their duties and functions when working so as to prevent overlapping positions.
The socialization carried out contained material regarding the importance of deeply understanding the duties and functions of employees as proof that the performance of public servants really has strong synergy to support the success of providing public services in the eyes of the public. This program aims to increase employee knowledge as well as provide motivation to Pakis Village Officials to be enthusiastic about working to develop the village by providing banners on the duties and functions of village officials according to Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 6 of 2016.

Undip KKN students held a program to socialize the urgency of the duties and functions of village officials based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 6 of 2016 to prevent overlapping positions for all Pakis Village officials. With the outreach from Undip KKN students, Pakis Village officials now have a better understanding of the importance of tasks and functions which serve as guidelines when working. They are able to identify and explain the duties and functions of each position. It is hoped that this program can have an impact on changing the performance of Pakis Village officials in providing services to the community. in Pakis Village.
Thus, the program to socialize the urgency of the duties and functions of village officials is based on Permendagri No. 6 of 2016 to Prevent Overlapping Positions in the Pakis Village Government by Undip KKN Students is clear evidence of the need for in-depth understanding by all village officials to improve employee performance in the public sector so that there are no issues of overlap in an organization.
