Student of KKN Team II Undip 2023 public administration study program, Social Sciences, Rahil Inas Hamidah, carried out the monodisciplinary work program "MSME Data Collection and Socialization of MSME Administration in Tendas Village" to obtain information on MSME actors in Tendas Village on Friday (28/7).

Based on the survey that has been carried out, the Tendas Village government does not yet have data on MSMEs in Tendas Village. Thus, there is no known information regarding the condition of MSMEs. In fact, data collection on MSMEs is very important because with data collection on MSMEs we can identify business actors who are still running their businesses and will then be given guidance regarding obstacles to advancing their businesses.

Data collection on UMKM was carried out from 10 to 17 July in the RW 01 and RW 02 areas of Tendas Village. This data collection was carried out randomly door to door using Google media form containing brand name, cellphone number, MSME cluster, owner's name, address, NIB (Business Identification Number), SIUP (Trading Business License), PIRT (Home Industry Food) for food products, criteria based on turnover amount per year, and business constraints.

Based on the data obtained, the majority of MSMEs do not yet have an NIB, SIUP, PIRT, or even a business name banner. Thus, in carrying out data collection on MSMEs, counseling is also carried out regarding MSME administration which includes how to make product labels according to PP No. 69 of 1999, SIUP, NIB, and PIRT.

With the MSME data, the Tendas Village and Pati Regency level governments can get a picture of the condition of MSMEs in Tendas Village and will then be given guidance so that they can hopefully advance their businesses. (rih)
